Here at Fracture, the safety of our teammates and customers is our top priority, and we want to be transparent about the measures we’re taking. If you have any questions that you don’t see answered below, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at

How is Fracture working to ensure the safety of our employees?

In light of the ongoing health situation, we’ve decided to slow things down in our production facility to allow for important safety precautions including maintaining the recommended social distance between our employees and increasing cleaning in our facility.

All of our employees that are able to work remotely are working from home.

What is Fracture doing to ensure that our product is safe for customers?

Fracture already had a strict cleaning process in place. However, we’ve added a number of new cleaning stations and processes that occur twice an hour within the entire production facility. Our production team is hands-on with each print, so these new regulations are incredibly important to us.

Each Fracture print is hand-produced. That is, as each piece of glass becomes a Fracture print, it is individually inspected and hand-processed from one station to another. At each workstation, new disinfection requirements have been set in place. At many of the stations, employees also wear gloves and protective eye gear.

Before each print is securely packaged, it goes through one final inspection and is wiped down with alcohol or glass cleaner. This particular practice was already part of our production procedure — and we are being more meticulous about it than ever.

How do I know if the packaging my print is shipped in is safe?

Your Fracture prints are packaged in cardboard. Experts say that cardboard loses its ability to transmit anything after 24 hours. Still, it is recommended that you wipe down your package and its contents (preferably while opening outside), immediately recycle the cardboard, and wash your hands.

How do I clean my Fracture prints?

To clean your Fracture print, simply wipe down the front using paper towels and glass cleaner.
